¿How to preserve my desserts?
  • Our baked cookies and brownies taste best within 48 hours of receipt. You can choose to freeze them for up to 6 months, making sure to cover them well.
  •  Our cheesecakes and pies last perfect up to 3/4 days in the refrigerator, and up to 6 months well packed in the freezer.
  •  Our raw dough can be frozen for up to 1 year, but it only needs to be tempered and refrozen once. It must be kept frozen and no more than 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

 
¿What happens if my order is delayed due to an error in the delivery address?
Because our products are perishable, we are not responsible for orders that have not been delivered on time due to errors in addresses. Please make sure you have entered the correct details before completing your order.
 
¿They accept product returns?
We do not accept product returns. If an order cancellation is required, send an email tokite riding@ gmail.com. There will be no refund on shipping cost.) 
 
¿I can order special products in advance?
 Yes. We have the option to PRE-ORDER on all of our weekly or seasonal specials. There are no cancellations of products in Pre-order.n.
 
¿Why can't I find the complete catalog online?
 We are somewhat perfectionists. We want to make sure your desserts get to your mouth just the way we like it, and that means not all of our products made the cut. In our online store you will find only that selection that guarantees freshness and quality right to your doorstep.
 
¿When will my order arrive?
 For same day delivery, order before 12pm. For next-day deliveries or for scheduled dates, there's not such a rush.
 
¿They use artificial ingredients, preservatives, or additives in their baking?
 No. Our ingredients are natural and everything is prepared from scratch. This is why it is important to keep your desserts as indicated and for the suggested time.
 
¿They ship to my area?
 For now our shipments are limited to San Pedro Garza García NL and surrounding areas. Use the Place my order section to check if we arrived at your location.ión.
 
¿Can i go through my order?
Of course. Your purchases and payments are concluded online but you can choose the Pick up option with the time of your choice. See you here!os!
 
¿I can send desserts to my friends and loved ones?
 Of course. In the Personalize section, in your purchase process, you can choose the note of your choice. You will be perfect!to!
 
If I place an order for Pick Up and it is difficult for me to arrive, how long do I have to go through itl?
 If it is difficult for you to arrive for your order, we ask you to please let us know by sending an email to montacometa@gmail.com. We suggest you go through it as soon as possible because, honestly, everything tastes better freshly made.
Our policy is 24 business hours of grace before considering your product as lost, this with the intention of guaranteeing freshness and quality if you want to reschedule, your payment must be made again.).
 
I have placed an order and have not received it yet. What I can dor?
